Convergence Church cordially invites you to share in a celebration of the ordination of Patrice Gerideau.

Sunday, February 25, 2024 at 5:00 pm EST

Ordination is an act of worship by which the congregation, acting as a representative of the people of God, acclaims the one being ordained as chosen and empowered by the Holy Spirit to exercise gifts for the ministry of the Church. This is done publicly through the act of laying hands on the candidates and praying for God's blessing on them.

Patrice Gerideau Candidate Statement
“The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, for he has anointed me to bring Good News to the poor. He has sent me to proclaim that captives will be released, that the blind will see, that the oppressed will be set free, and that the time of the Lord’s favor has come.” (NLT)

“I look upon the whole world as my parish.” – John Wesley

“I am an anthropologist of the human condition and a champion of the human soul specializing in healing and hope. I am a contemplative who loves to delve into the scriptures to find ancient answers to contemporary problems. I am one who gets lost in the deep things of God and doesn’t mind being left breathless and speechless because of the mystery of God.”
